摘　　要：在对台湾"全国学术电子资讯资源共享联盟"的发展历程、服务措施等进行深入研究的基础上,获得了成立全国性的电子资源数据库采购联盟、严格控制电子资源数据库采购行为和加强对会员的培训服务工作等启示。It deeply studied the development and service measures of ＂ CONsortium on Core Electronic Resources in Taiwan＂ . And It gained enlightenments from ＂ConCERT＂, such as establishing national digital library purchasing consortium, strictly controlling the behavior of data base, and enhancing the training of member＇s staffs.
