摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)是一种以结肠黏膜慢性炎症和溃疡形成为特点的慢性非特异性疾病,原因不明,发病机制复杂。NF-κB是一种核转录因子,参与多种炎症和免疫基因的转录与表达。笔者查阅近几年关于中医药通过6条信号通路介导核因子-κB(NF-κB)治疗UC的文献并进行了总结,旨在为今后研究中药治疗UC提供重要依据。Ulcerative colitis（ UC） is a kind of chronic nonspecific disease,characterized with colonic mucosa chronic inflammation and ulceration. For unknown reasons,the pathogenesis is complex. The NF-κB is a nuclear transcription factor,participating in a variety of inflammatory and immune gene transcription and expression. The author consulted the literature about traditional Chinese medicine in recent years through the six signaling pathways mediating NF-κB in the treatment of UC and summarized,aiming to provide the important basis for the future study of Chinese medicine in the treatment of UC.
