摘　　要：目的:总结生物力学在膝关节骨性关节炎发病机制及临床治疗中的应用进展。方法:通过对Knee osteoarthrifis,KOA患者的临床研究和医学网站上检索相关的文献,进行系统的总结。结果:从生物力学的角度解释KOA的发病机制,指导KOA的临床治疗、康复锻炼和自我矫正等方面在临床和研究中得到了广泛的应用。结论:在KOA发病机制尚未完全明确的情况下,运用生物力学因素进行解释,可以提供科学有力的理论依据,对KOA的诊疗具有重要意义,也为骨科的临床与研究提供新思路和新方法。Objective： To summarize the application progress of biomechanics in the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis（ KOA）. Methods： By researching the patients of KOA in the clinic and consulting the related literature,we systemically summarized the data. Results： From the perspective of biomechanics,we explained the pathogenesis of KOA and guide the clinical treatment,rehabilitation exercise,self- modification,etc,which have been widely used in clinic and research. Conclusion： Using biomechanics to explain KOA can provide a scientific and powerful theory basis for KOA diagnosis and treatment in case of unclear pathogenesis. It also can provide a new approach for the clinical and research in orthopedic department.
