摘 要:目的:通过动物实验,研究小儿喘咳液合苍耳子散抗哮喘气道重塑作用及机理。方法:将135只大鼠随机分成空白组、模型组、西药组、喘咳液组、大、中、小剂量及合方大、中、小剂量组9个组,每组15只,进行哮喘气道重塑模型制备,分别采用不同的干预方案,观察各组大鼠过敏性鼻炎叠加量化积分、血清TGF-β1表达及对肺支气管形态的影响。结果:喘咳液大剂量组及合方大剂量组与模型组相比,引喘70 d后过敏性鼻炎叠加积分下降,差异有显著性(P<0.05);喘咳液大剂量组及合方大剂量组与空白组相比,TGF-β1水平下降,差异有显著性(P<0.05);西药组、喘咳液各剂量组及合方各剂量组与模型组相比,TGF-β1水平明显下降,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);病理检查可见小儿喘咳液合苍耳子散能使气道重塑大鼠支气管炎症明显改善,并减轻气道平滑肌增厚及管腔狭窄。结论:小儿咳喘液及合方可改善过敏性鼻炎症状,其治疗哮喘的机制之一可能是通过降低TGF-β1的水平,从而抑制平滑肌增殖,减少胶原合成及沉积、形成纤维化,减轻哮喘气道炎症,预防气道重塑的发生。Objective: Through animal experiments,to explore the anti- airway remodeling and the mechanisms of Xiaoer Chuangke Liquid combined with Cang'erzi Powder in asthma treatment. Methods: Randomly divide 135 rats into nine groups with 15 in each group: blank group,model group,Western medicine group,Xiaoer Chuangke Liquid high,medium and low dose groups and combination high,medium and low dose groups. Respectively give different interventions to each group and observe their allergic rhinitis superimposed quantitative score,serum expressions of TGF- β1 and their effects on the bronchial morphology. Results: Compared with the model group,the allergic rhinitis in asthma after 70 days of superposition integral in Xiaoer Chuangke Liquid high dose and combination high dose groups was decreased and the difference was significant( P〈0. 05). Compared with the blank group,the serum TGF- β1 levels in model groups were significantly increased and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 01). The serum TGF- β1 levels in Xiaoer Chuangke Liquid high dose and combination high dose groups were decreased and the difference was significant( P〈0. 05). Compared with the model group,Western medicine group and all dose groups of Xiaoer Chuangke Liquid and combination group's TGF- β1 levels were significantly decreased and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 01). Pathological examination showed Xiaoer Chuangke Liquid together with Cang'erzi Powder can significantly improve the bronchial inflammation in airway- remodeling rats and reduce the thickening of bronchial smooth muscle and luminal stenosis. Conclusion: One of the mechanisms in the asthma treatment with Xiaoer Chuangke Liquid or Xiaoer Chuangke Liquid can improve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis may through reducing the level of TGF- β1,inhibiting the proliferation of smooth muscle cell and reducing the synthesis and deposition of collagen and lessening the formation of fibrosis,hence easing the bronchial inflammat
