摘  要:目的:评价复方芪麻胶囊对肾性高血压大鼠(RHRs)血压的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法:采用两肾一夹(2K1C)丝线缩窄法制备大鼠肾性高血压模型;将实验大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、卡托普利组、牛黄降压胶囊组、复方芪麻胶囊高、中、低剂量组,每组10只,口服给药4周后测定各组大鼠血压,测定血清中肾素(Renin)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(Ald)含量。结果:与模型对照组比较,复方芪麻胶囊高、中、低剂量均可明显降低肾性高血压大鼠收缩压、舒张压(P<0.01或P<0.05),以及肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮水平(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:复方芪麻胶囊具有物具有明显降压作用,其降压机制可能与影响肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统功能有关。Objective: To explore the effects of Compound Qima Capsule on blood pressure in RHRs and to investigate the possible mechanism. Methods: The model of renal hypertension in rats was established by two kidney- one clip method. After operation,the rats were divided into 6 groups: sham group,model group,captopril group,Compound Qima Capsule high,middle and low dosage groups and 10 rats in each group. And then,the drug was given continuously by ig for 28 days. Blood pressure and Renin,AngⅡand ALD in plasma were measured. Results: After 4 weeks' treatment,compared with model group,the systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure of RHRS in Compound Qima Capsule high,middle and low groups were significantly lower( P 〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05). Compared with model group,serum Renin,AngⅡand ALD levels in Compound Qima Capsule high,middle and low dosage groups were decreased significantly( P〈 0. 01 or P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Compound Qima Capsule had apotential activity on lowering diastolic and systolic blood pressure via its effects on RAAS.
