跟骨Sanders Ⅱ型骨折应用中药内服联合外侧L形切口跟骨钢板内固定术治疗的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨跟骨Sanders II型骨折患者应用中药内服联合外侧L形切口跟骨钢板内固定术治疗的临床效果。方法:选取本院骨科收治的58例跟骨Sanders II型骨折患者进行本次研究,并按数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组29例患者。对照组患者仅给予外侧L形切口跟骨钢板内固定术常规治疗;观察组患者则采用中药内服联合外侧L形切口跟骨钢板内固定术治疗。比较两组患者治疗后骨折恢复情况,手术前后X线片Bohler角的测量值及并发症情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后总有效率(96.55%)明显高于对照组患者的(72.41%),具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者手术后Bohler角测量值(28.93±2.78)明显高于对照组的(24.49±2.85),具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后并发症的总发生率(6.90%)明显低于对照组的(34.48%),具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:跟骨Sanders II型骨折患者应用中药内服联合外侧L形切口跟骨钢板内固定术治疗,临床疗效显著,患者恢复较快,并发症少,安全可靠。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of TCM oral administration combined with lateral L- shaped incision calcaneal plate internal fixation in the treatment of the patients with II type Sanders fracture. Methods： Fifty- eight cases of II type Sanders fracture in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the number table method,29 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with the lateral L- shaped incision calcaneal plate internal fixation and the observation group used TCM oral administration combined with external L- shaped incision calcaneal plate internal fixation. Two groups＇ recovery of fracture and the Bohler angle of the X- ray film before and after surgery and complications were compared. Results： The total effective rate（ 96. 55%） of the observation group was significantly higher than that（ 72. 41%） of the control group with statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The Bohler angle measurement（ 28. 93 ± 2. 78） in the observation group was significantly higher than that（ 24. 49± 2. 85） in the control group with statistical significant difference（ P 〈28. 93）. After treatment,the total incidence rate of complications（ 6. 90%） in the observation group was significantly lower than that（ 34. 48%） in the control group with statistical significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM oral administration combined with lateral L- shaped incision calcaneal plate internal fixation has remarkable clinical curative effect in the treatment of the patients with II type Sanders fracture,making the patients quickly recover. It has less complications,safe and reliable.
