宽筋藤水提液镇痛抗炎作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究宽筋藤水提液镇痛抗炎作用。方法:给药组小鼠分别给予宽筋藤水提液高、中、低剂量(15.6,7.8,3.9 g/kg)灌胃,1次/d,连续灌胃给药7 d,采用醋酸扭体法和福尔马林致痛法进行镇痛实验研究,采用腹腔毛细管通透增加法和二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法进行抗炎实验研究,观察宽筋藤水提液的镇痛抗炎作用。结果:给药组与空白对照组比较,宽筋藤水提液能显著减少冰醋酸刺激引起的小鼠扭体反应次数(P<0.05,n=10);小鼠福尔马林致痛实验在第I时相、第II时相的舔足及抖足累积时间均显著缩短(P<0.05或P<0.01,n=10);宽筋藤水提液高、低剂量能显著抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀度(P<0.01,n=10),具有较强的肿胀抑制作用;宽筋藤水提液的中剂量组对冰醋酸刺激小鼠腹腔毛细管通透性增加试验有显著抑制作用,炎症因子的渗出率显著降低(P<0.05,n=10)。结论:宽筋藤水提液对小鼠有镇痛抗炎作用。Objective： To study analgesia and anti- inflammation effects of Tinospora sinensis（ T. s） aqueous extract.Methods： Treatment groups of mice were given high,middle and low（ 15. 6 g / kg,7. 8 g / kg,3. 9 g / kg） dose of T. s aqueous extract by gavage once a day,continuing for a week. Acetic acid writhing and formalin tests were applied to investigate analgesia effects. While the increase of blood capillary permeability of the abdominal in mice induced by injection of acetic acid and the swelling of the ear in mice caused by xylene were used for anti- inflammatory experiments to explore the pharmacological function of T. s aqueous extract. Results： T. s aqueous extract markedly reduced the mice writhing times（ P〈0. 05,n = 10）,shortened mice paw licking and shaking time in both I and II phase time in formalin experiment（ P〈0. 05 or P〈 0. 01,n = 10）,depressed the mice auricle swelling degree（ P 〈0. 01,n = 10） and lessened the the increase of blood capillary permeability of the abdominal in mice test（ P〈0. 05,n = 10）. Conclusion： T. s aqueous extract has effects of analgesia and anti- inflammation.
