摘 要:采用固定床反应器、XPS、FTIR和BET等技术研究了脱硝过程中脱硝时间和温度与烟气中NH_3和O_2浓度对非沥青基煤质氧化活性炭(NPAC-WO)脱除NO的影响及其作用机理。结果表明:在脱硝反应初期生成新活性位或活性官能团促使脱硝率由15.94%增大为39.89%;烟气中O_2浓度增加有利于NO_x脱除;在30℃,NPAC-WO无氨条件下可直接吸附NO_x,V(NH3)/V(NO)大于0.8时,NH_3存在也可促进NO_x脱除;低温和高温均利于NO_x的脱除,在30℃和250℃时,脱硝率分别高达73.05%和99.20%。Using a fixed bed reactor,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared,and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller techniques,the impact of denitrification factors such as the denitrification time and O_2 concentration in the flue gas on the denitrification rate and the mechanism of NO_xremoval for non-pitch coalbased oxidized activated carbon( NPAC-WO) was investigated. The results show that in the initial stage of the denitrification reaction,new active sites or active functional groups were generated,accompanied by an increase in the denitrification rate from 15. 94% to 39. 89%. A higher concentration of O_2 in the flue gas was found beneficial for NO_xremoval. Additionally,at 30 ℃,the NPAC-WO sample could directly adsorb NO_xin the absence of ammonia. When the V( NH_3) /V( NO) ratio was greater than 0. 8,NH_3 present in the system also promoted NO_x removal. Both low and high temperatures were conducive to the removal of NO_x. The denitrification rates of NPAC-WO at 30 ℃ and 250 ℃ were as high as 73. 05% and 99. 20%,respectively.
