摘　　要：介绍了大型卧式真空退火炉的结构及特点,制定了安装工艺和方案。系统的安装和调试成功对大型、超长真空炉的安装调试具有重要的实践意义。The structure and character of the large size vacuumannealing furnace were introduced.The installation process and scheme are established.The successful installation and debugging of the furnace have an important practical significance for the large size and long vacuum furnace.
