摘  要:为研究拉萨河城区段春季藻类群落特征及其与水环境之间的关系,2015年春季在拉萨河城区段设置了5个样点,采用PFU法采集水样,用活体观察法鉴定藻类的物种,并使用直接计数法对藻类的数量进行统计,同时结合藻类群落特征与水体理化因子对拉萨河城区段的水质进行综合评价。共鉴定出藻类120种,隶属于6门9纲15目30科57属,其中硅藻门(52.50%)>绿藻门(27.50%)>蓝藻(10.83%)>裸藻门(5.00%)>黄藻门(3.33%)>隐藻门(0.83%),水体显示为贫营养型。群落平均多样性指数较高(3.12),优势度不明显,物种分布均匀,表明水生态环境稳定。各样点相似度较低,具有局部地域性差异,通过群落参数指标与水体理化因子间的二元变量相关性结果表明,水流速度是影响春季藻类的主要理化因子。根据藻类群落参数与水体理化指标得出水环境质量为Os-βms(寡污-β中污),表明拉萨河城区段水环境整体状况良好。characteristics of algae community structure and its relationship of water quality in spring at urban section of the Lhasa River was studied with 5 samples collected in spring of 2005 by method of"PFU". The microscopic observation in vivo was applied for algae species identification, and the number of algae species was counted by direct counting method. The water quality was evaluated by combining characteristics of algae community with physical and chemical factors of water. A total of 120 species were indentified belonging to 57 genera, 30 families, 15 orders, 9 classes and 6 phylas and Bacillaraophyta(52.5%), Chlorophyta(27.5%), Cyanophyta(10.8%), Euglenophyta(5.0%), Xanthophyta(3.3%), Cryptophyta(0.8%) being the dominant phylas in the order. This indicates that the water quality of this section was oligotrophic. The mean Shannon-Wiener diversity index was relatively high(3.12) and the dominant species was not apparent and well distributed in the study area.These characteristic parameters of the algae showed the water environmental system was stable in the study area.The lower average value of similarity coefficient showed that there were only differences among individual sampling sites locally in this area. The results of correlation analysis between the community structure and major environmental factors suggested that the speed of water flow was the major factor for controlling the variations of algae community structure in spring. The water quality was between Os-βms which indicates the aquatic environment was in good condition.
