降脂养肝汤治疗痰瘀互结型非酒精性脂肪肝30例

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟降降脂养肝汤治疗痰瘀互结型非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将我院60例痰瘀互结型非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,并随访2-3月。结果:观察组总有效率为96.67%,治愈率为20%,对照组总有77.3%,治愈率10%,两组疗效比较有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:降脂养肝汤治疗痰瘀互结型非酒精性脂肪肝疗效显著。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Jiangzhi Yanggan Decoction on Non- alcoholic Fatty Liver of type of phlegm and blood stasis in the interior. Methods： 60 patients with Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver（ Type of Phlegm and Blood Stasis） were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases,and followed up for 2- 3 months. Results： treatment group total effective rate was 86. 67%,the cure rate was 20%,control group total effective 77. 3%,cure rate 10%,curative effect comparison of two groups have significant statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Jiangzhi Yanggan decoction in the Treating Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver（ Type of Phlegm and Blood Stasis） disease curative effect is remarkable.
