摘　　要：在分析了大尺寸芯棒松散体特点的基础上,对玻璃化炉进行了改造,优化了烧结过程中的炉温和原料控制方式,并对烧结工艺进行了深入研究,摸索出了大尺寸低水峰芯棒玻璃化的生产方法,使两步法生产大尺寸光纤预制棒成为可能。Base on the analysis of the characteristics of large size core rod, this paper improves the sintering furnace, optimizes the sintering temperature and the control method of raw materials, and studies the sintering process in depth, thus finds out a production method of large size low watek peak core rod, makes two step process for manufacturing large size optical fiber preform become possible.
