摘 要:为了解某型号汽车变速器的振动情况,以该型汽车变速器为研究对象,对其进行多工况下振动信号测试与分析,获得了变速器振动贡献较大的频率;并将分析结果与车载模态试验数据进行对比,确定了容易引起变速器共振的频率,为采取措施避开该频率、降低变速器的振动及整车的优化设计奠定了基础。In order to understand the vibration of an automotive transmission system,taking the type automotive transmission as the research object,the vibration signal tests and analysis of the automotive transmission under multi- conditions are carried out,and a greater contribution to vibration frequencies of the transmission are obtained. Comparing the vibration frequency with the modal test results of the transmission,the frequency which is easy to cause the resonance of the transmission is confirmed. The results can lay a foundation for taking measures to avoid the resonance frequency,to reduce the vibration and the optimized design of vehicle structure.
