摘　　要：针对高速齿轮传动装置由于启机顺序错误造成齿轮箱内滑动轴承与齿轮轴抱死的问题,通过对齿轮箱箱体结构、滑动轴承结构以及润滑油站结构进行分析改进,设计开发出了一种无预润滑启动高速齿轮传动装置,并通过试验及现场应用,证明了该装置的安全性与可靠性。Aiming at the problem of the gearbox bearing and gear shaft locking due to the startup sequence error in the high- speed gear units startup process. Through the technical analysis of the gearbox casing structure,the bearing structure and the lubricating oil stations,of a high- speed gear transmission device without pre- lubricated startup is designed and developed. And the safety and reliability of the device are proved by experiment and field application.
