摘  要:肾脏移植是救治终末期肾病(ESRD,end-stage renal disease)患者的最佳方法。缺血造成的急性肾小管坏死(ATN,acute tubular necrosis)是导致受体移植肾脏功能延迟恢复(DGF,delayed graft function)和肾脏移植失败的主要因素。目前还没有一种能够准确地判定供体肾脏是否发生ATN的无损方法。光学相干层析成像术(OCT)是一种新兴的医学成像技术,可以对生物组织微小结构进行实时无损高分辨率成像。本文对肾脏移植过程中的光学相干成像评估活体移植肾脏活性的新方法和技术做一综述。The kidneys are vital organs that located at the rear of the abdominal cavity in the retroperitio- neal space. In case of nonreversible kidney failure (e. g. end-stage renal disease,ESRD) ,the patient have to require kidney transplant-a surgical procedure to replace diseased kidney with a healthy donor kidney. However,acute tubular necrosis (ATN) induced by ischemia is a major risk factor for delayed graft function (DGF) and failure of kidney transplant. Currently, there is no reliable non-invasive method for the detection of ATN in donor kidney. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is an emerging medical imaging technique that enables high-resolution cros-sectional imaging of microstructures of biological tis- sues in situ and in real time. Animal and human studies suggest that OCT examination might provide a useful imaging tool in the evaluation of the status of living kidney. As an optical biopsy tool ,the advanced ()lET system is able to visualize renal surface microstructure that could by useful in monitoring donor kidney during kidney transplantation. In conjuction with laser Doppler, the OCT/IX)CT imaging modality can reveal high-resolution 3D images of living kidney in real time. This review will provide an overview on the new method and technique in OCT examination of living kidney.
