中文版吸入糖皮质激素相关健康状况简明问卷的信效度检验

摘　　要：目的对吸入糖皮质激素相关健康状况简明问卷（InhaledCorticosteroidsRelatedHealmStatusQuestionnaire．ShortForm，ICQ—S）进行跨文化调试，并对其进行信效度检验。方法遵循美国矫形外科医师学会循证医学委员会推荐指南进行问卷的翻译、回译及文化调试，抽取85例门诊哮喘患者进行问卷调查，使用SPSS18．0软件进行统计分析．计算问卷的信效度。结果项目分析显示，中文版ICQ—S问卷所有条目得以保留。条目．问卷相关系数为0．411-0．861（P〈O．05），呈中高度相关；量表水平的内容效度指数为0．989；ICQ-S问卷与哮喘控制测试的Pearson相关系数为0．434（P〈0．05）。Cronbach＇s α系数为0．908，分半信度为0．893；2次测量结果的组内相关系数为0．898（P〈O．01），Bland-Altman差异分析图显示两次测量结果的一致性较好。结论中文版ICQ-S问卷具有良好的信效度，符合问卷心理学测量要求，适用于哮喘患者ICS健康相关状况的自我评价并可提供临床参考。Objective To describe the cross-cultural adaptation of the original English version of Inhaled Corti- costeroids Related Health Status Questionnaire-Short Form （ICQ-S）,and test the reliability and validity of the Chi- nese version of ICQ-S. Methods The English version of ICQ-S was translated into Chinese and cross-culturally adapted according to a standardized procedure. It was sent to 85 patients with doctor-diagnosed asthma. SPSS 18.0 software was used for statistical analysis and calculating the reliability and validity. Results All items were pre- served. S-CVI was 0.989; the Chinese version of ICQ-S and ACT were mode-rately correlated （r=O.434,P〈0.05）. The Cronbach＇s a coefficient and split-half coefficient of the Chinese version of ICQ-S were 0.908 and 0.893,respectively; ICC was 0.898（P〈0.0l）,and Bland-Altman plots demonstrated an accep-table level of agreement. Conclusion The Chinese version of ICQ-S has good reliability and validity,which may be useful for monitoring ICS side-effects in clinical practice.
