摘 要:以HZSM-5分子筛为基础,通过过量浸渍法制备P元素与过渡金属元素(Cu、Zn、Ni)复合负载改性M-P/HZSM-5分子筛催化剂。使用XRD、N_2吸附-脱附和吡啶红外对分子筛催化剂进行表征,并考察其催化松木和低密度聚乙烯共热解反应的活性。结果表明:改性后的HZSM-5催化剂保持MFI骨架结构,但微孔体积减小,总Br?nsted酸(B酸)酸量降低,并且Br?nsted酸、Lewis酸(L酸)的分布发生改变。与未改性HZSM-5分子筛相比,改性分子筛可提高高附加值石油化学品的收率,同时可减少积碳。其中,经H_2还原的Ni-P/HZSM-5催化剂的脱氧能力和芳构化性能提升最显著,CO和单环芳烃的碳收率分别从6.48%、25.7%提高到11.1%、34.0%。A series of P and transition metals (Cu, Zn and Ni)modified HZSM-5 zeolites (M-P/HZSM-5) were prepared using excess wetness impregnation method. The physico-chemical properties of the catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction, nitrogen adsorption-desorption and Pyridine-IR, and its catalytic activity for pine wood and low density polyethylene co-pyrolysis reaction was investigate. The results show that the modified HZSM-5 catalysts maintain the original MFI framework structure, however, the micropore volume decreases, total acidity (Bronsted acid) reduces, and the ratio of Lewis to Bronsted acid changes. Compared with the parent HZSM-5 zeolite, the modified zeolites can increase considerably yield of valuable petrochemicals and reduce yield of coke. Among the modified zeolites, H2-reduced Ni-P/ HZSM-5 catalytic agent exhibits the remarkable increase of deoxygenation ability and aromatization property, which increase the carbon yields of CO and monoaromatic hydrocarbons from 6.48% and 25.7% for the parent ZSM-5 to 11.1% and 34.0%, respectively.
