摘  要:对木屑在不同热解温度下制得的木醋液产率、基本理化性质及其有机成分进行分析.结果表明:随着热解温度的升高,粗木醋液产率增大,精制木醋液产率先升高之后有所降低,在350~450℃内,产率相近,最高可达约25%;精制木醋液密度、pH值随温度变化趋势不明显;总有机酸含量在250℃最高可达13.211%.采用GC-MS对有机成分进行分析,结果表明:各热解温度下所得的精制木醋液主要组分为酸类、酮类和酚类;在该实验条件下,精制木醋液中的酸类化合物在250℃下已大量析出,酮类化合物的种类和相对含量在350℃时已基本稳定,酚类化合物在450℃下基本析出.The basic physical and chemical properties, yield and organic ingredients of the wood vinegar obtained from sawdust under different pyrolysis temperature were analyzed. The results show that the yield of crude wood vinegar increases gradually with the increasing pyrolysis temperature, while the yield of refined wood vinegar increases until the pyrolysis temperature reaches 350 ℃ and then decreases. The highest yield of the refined wood vinegar reaches 25% under the pyrolysis temperature range of 350-450 ℃. The density and pH value of the refined wood vinegar change a little when the temperature changes. The total organic acid content reaches the highest content of 13.211% at 250℃. The organic components of the refined wood vinegar are analyzed by using gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results indicate that the main ingredients of the refined wood vinegar obtained at different pyrolysis temperature include acids, ketones and phenols. Under the experimental condition, large amount of the acid compounds separate out from the refined wood vinegar at 250 ℃, the types and relative content of ketone compound keep stable basically at 350 ℃, and most of the phenol compounds separate out basically at 450 ℃.
