摘  要:在自制新型对称双螺杆泵的基础上,为了检验设计制造的合理性,验证技术性能参数的科学性,搭建了试验台架,对该泵的流量、扬程、推力、噪声、振动、水压、电功率等进行了试验和测量,并对试验数据进行了分析。试验及其分析结果表明:相对罗茨泵、齿轮泵等传统型容积式泵,新型对称双螺杆泵的设计和制造是合理的,其技术性能参数更加优越,可用于要求空间小、噪音低、压头高、流量大的场合。Some test-beds are built to test rationality of design and technical performance parameters in the new symmetry twin-screw pump.With these test-beds,the parameters such as flux,lift,thrust,noise,vibration,hydraulic and electric power,etc.,are experimented and analyzed.The results of experiments and analysis indicate that the pump′s design and manufacturing are reasonable and its technical performance parameters are better than those of traditional volumetric pumps such as roots pump and gear pump,etc.So the new symmetry twin-screw pump can be used in areas which are supposed to be small in space,low in noise,high in lift and strong in flux.
