敦煌文书《后晋开运二年寡妇阿龙牒》考释

摘　　要：P.3257《后晋开运二年寡妇阿龙牒》由三件文书组成。其中第一件是寡妇阿龙的状稿和归义军节度使曹元忠的指示,第二件是寡妇阿龙和其兄索怀义关于土地耕种的契约,第三件是归义军左马步都押衙王文通询问土地占有者索佛奴、陈状人阿龙、种地人索怀义的笔录和曹元忠的批示。文章在前人研究的基础上对文书进行了校释,并对内容进行了考辨。P.3257, ＂The Complaint Lodged by Widow A＇long,＂ written in the second year of the Kaiyun Era（945 A.D.）in the Later Jin Dynasty, consists of three documents. The first document records the complaint made by A＇long and the resulting instruction given by Cao Yuanzhong, the governor of the Gui-yi-jun regime. The second is a contract made between A＇long and Suo Yicheng, her brother-in-law. The third document includes Cao Yuanzhong＇s final decision and an account of the inquisition conducted by Wang Wentong, an officer of the local government who interrogated the three clients, Suo Fonu, A＇long, and Suo Huaiyi.This paper attempts to collate and discuss the contents of this manuscript based on previous research.
