胃癌术后患者癌因性疲乏与自我效能感的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解胃癌术后患者癌因性疲乏与一般自我效能感水平,并探讨二者关系。方法采用癌因性疲乏量表和一般自我效能感量表对343位胃癌术后患者进行问卷调查。结果胃癌术后患者均存在不同程度的疲乏状态,中度疲乏占71.7%;胃癌术后患者一般自我效能感平均得分为(2.24±0.96)分,且得分低于普通成年人,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);胃癌术后患者的一般自我效能感与癌因性疲乏总得分及各维度得分均存在相关(P<0.001)。结论胃癌术后患者普遍存在癌因性疲乏症状,增强患者的一般自我效能感有助于降低患者的癌因性疲乏症状。Objective To explore the level of cancer- related fatigue（ CRF） and general self- efficacy in gastric cancer patients after operation,and analyze the relevance between them. Methods Using the Cancer Fatigue Scale and the General Self- efficacy Scale to investigate 343 gastric cancer patients after operation,then the relationship was analyzed. Results There were different degrees of fatigue in patients with gastric cancer after the operation,which included that the moderate degree fatigue accounted for 71. 7%. The average score of the general self- efficacy among patients with gastric cancer after the operation was（ 2. 24 ＋ 0. 96）,and the score was lower than that of normal adults. The difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 001）. The general self- efficacy of patients with gastric cancer after the operation was correlated with the CRF（ P 0. 001）. Conclusion The symptoms of CRF are common in patients with gastric cancer after the operation. Enhancing the general self- efficacy of patients is helpful to reduce the symptoms of CRF.
