摘 要:提出污水厂尾水序批式深床反硝化人工湿地深度脱氮技术,重点考察了C/N值对基质粒径为5~10 mm和2~4 mm湿地脱氮效能的影响。结果表明,C/N值对湿地脱氮效能影响显著。在温度为(20±5)℃,运行工况为进水0.25 h、反应11.5 h、排水0.25 h条件下,C/N值为4.5、5.5和6.5时,粒径为2~4 mm和5~10 mm的湿地对TN的去除率分别为73.9%、88.7%、96.1%和58.8%、73.8%、97.4%;C/N值为6.5时不同粒径填料湿地系统的出水TN浓度均可满足《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅲ类水要求,随着C/N值的增加则湿地对NH_4^+-N和PO_4^(3-)-P的去除率提高C/N值≤5.5时,基质粒径对系统脱氮效能影响显著,粒径为2~4 mm的湿地对TN的去除率较5~10 mm的高15%;C/N值为6.5时,粒径对系统脱氮效能影响不显著C/N值对湿地的反硝化速率影响显著,C/N值由4.5增至6.5时,粒径为2~4 mm和5~10 mm的湿地反硝化反应4 h,其反硝化速率分别由2.88、2.37 mg/(L·h)增加至5.18、4.85 mg/(L·h)。The advanced technology for nitrogen removal from effluent of sewage treatment plant by the sequencing batch deep bed denitrifying constructed wetland was proposed, and the effect of C/N ratio on nitrogen removal efficiency in the denitrifying constructed wetland with substrate particle sizes of 5 to 10 mm and 2 to 4 mm was investigated. The results indicated that the C/N ratio had a significant influ- ence on nitrogen removal efficiency in the denitrifying constructed wetland. Three reactors were operated through sequencing stages, which included influent for 0.25 h, reaction for 11.5 h and effluent for 0.25 h at temperatures of (20 ± 5) ℃. When the C/N ratios were 4.5, 5.5 and 6.5, and the particle sizes were 2 to 4 mm and 5 to 10 mm respectively, the removal rates of TN were 73.9%, 88.7%, 96.1% and 58.8%, 73.8%, 97.4%, respectively. When the C/N ratio was 6.5, TN concentration in effluent of the reactors with different substrate particle sizes could meet the class m criteria specified in the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water ( GB 3838 - 2002 ), and the removal rates of NH4 - N and PO3-4- P increased when C/N ratio increased. When the C/N ratio was less than or equal to 5.5, the particle sizes had a significant influence on the nitrogen removal efficiency, and the nitrogen removal efficiency in the denitrifying constructed wetland with particle sizes of 2 to 4 mm was 15% higher than that with particle sizes of 5 to 10 mm. When the C/N ratio was 6.5, the particle sizes had no significant influence on the nitrogen removal efficiency. The C/N ratio had rate. When the C/N ratio increased from 4.5 to 6.5, and the deni significant influence on denitrification trifying constructed wetlands with sub- strate particle sizes of 2 to 4 mm and 5 to 10 mm were operated for 4 h, the denitrification rates increased from 2.88 mg/(L·h) and 2.37 mg/(L· h) to 5.18 mg/(L· h) and 4.85 mg/(L·h) respectively.
