中巴经济走廊在“一带一路”建设中的定位

摘　　要：中巴经济走廊在"一带一路"建设中的地位既重要,又独特;它不仅是"一带一路"的重要组成部分,还是"一带一路"建设中的旗舰项目和样板工程,兼具"一带"与"一路"交汇点与枢纽的重要功能。中巴经济走廊的建设具有全局性战略含义。首先,有利于带动沿线相关地区经济发展;其次,有利于维护能源安全需要;第三,有利于促进参与全球化和市场化进程;第四,有利于维护边疆社会稳定;最后,有利于地区乃至全球发展。Sino-Pakistan economic corridor plays a role,both important and unique in the construction on the Belt and Road;it not only a significant component of the Belt and Road but a flagship project and model works of the construction on the Belt and Road, with function of both intersection and pivot for the Belt and Road. The Corridor construction bears strategic significance as a whole. First,it helps drive the economic development in relevant region along the Road;second,it helps maintain energy safety; third, it helps participate in globalization and market process; fourth, it helps maintain borderland social stability;fifth,it benefits regional and global development.
