摘　　要：介绍了国内外铝铁连接技术的研究现状及发展趋势,分析其优越性与局限性。重点阐述了真空扩散温度、保温时间、压力等对铝铁焊接接头显微组织的影响。最后对铝铁真空扩散焊的研究方向进行了展望。Research status and development trend of Al/Fe connecting technology were introduced in China and other country. The advantage and limitation were analyzed. The influences of temperature, holding time, the pressure of diffusion bonding on microstructure of Al/Fe joint were mainly expounded. Finally, research direction of Al/Fe vacuum diffusion bonding was forecasted.
