摘  要:采用自冲铆连接技术对1420铝锂合金(AL1420)同种板及其与钛(TA1)组合板进行了连接,对其接头的静力学性能进行了研究。通过剖面直观检测法分析接头成形质量,并进行拉伸-剪切试验;同时基于MATLAB R2014b平台,通过用户自定义开发编写接头能量吸收值精确计算程序。结果表明:自冲铆连接工艺可以实现对AL1420同种及异种板材的有效连接,TA1-AL1420接头的静失效强度和能量吸收值大于另外接头的静失效强度和能量吸收值。TA1-AL1420接头适用于对承载和缓冲吸震能力要求较高的结构。The congener 1420 aluminum-lithium alloys plates (AL1420) and compobard of it with titanium (TA 1) were connected by using the self-piercing riveting (SPR) technology. The static mechanical properties of the joints were studied. The joint forming quality was analyzed through the method of the profile visual inspection. And the tensile-shear experiment was performed. Meanwhile, through the user definition, the accurate calculation program of joints energy absorption value was developed based on MATLAB R2014b platform. The results show that self-piercing riveting process can achieve the effective connection of ALl420 with similar and dissimilar plates. The static failure strength and energy absorption value of TA1-AL1420 joints are higher than those of the other joints. The TA 1-ALl 420 joints are suitable for the structures of carrying capacity and buffering capacity of high requirement.
