摘 要:依据实际激光深熔焊接过程,考虑高温光致等离子体对工件表面的加热而采用高斯面状热源,考虑深熔焊中特有的小孔吸收而采用圆柱状体热源,建立了高斯面热源和圆柱体热源的组合焊接热源模型。考虑表面张力、蒸气反冲压力及热浮力等,建立了激光深熔焊熔池的三维模型,获得焊接过程中瞬态温度场和流场分布以及熔池最高温度和熔深的瞬态变化。焊缝横截面的模拟值和实验值吻合良好,从而证明了该数学模型的合理性。According to the actual laser deep-penetration welding process, and considering the high temperature laser-induced plasma's heating to workpiece's surface, the Gaussian surface heat source was adopted, and considering the exceptive laser hole's heat absorbability in deep-penetration welding,the cylindrical volume heat source was adopted. Then the combined heat source with Gaussian surface and cylindrical volume heat source was set up. Considering the surface tension, the vapor press and thermal buoyancy,the three-dimensional transient model of laser deep-penetration welding was established, so the transient temperature field and flow field, the transient transformation of maximum temperature and penetration of pool with time were obtained. The final welding formation under the simulation condition was well tallied with experimental result, which proved the rationality of the model.
