摘  要:选用Al-Zn-Mn-Mg系镁合金板材进行搅拌摩擦焊接,分析其接头显微组织及沉淀相演变规律。由于温度和变形程度不同,搅拌区不同位置的组织有所不同,焊核区组织是细小、均匀的等轴晶,存在圆片状和棒状沉淀相;热机影响区晶粒局部较细小,有明显变形,圆片状和棒状沉淀相中镁含量降低,铝含量增加;热影响区晶粒部分细小,部分长大,晶粒大小不均;母材呈典型的轧制组织。整体区域硬度变化不大,与母材区比略有下降。The friction stir welding of A1-Zn-Mn-Mg based magnesium alloy was used to analyze the microstructure of the joints and the evolution law of the precipitated phase. Because the temperature and the deformation level were different, the welds region displayed several micro structurally distinct regions. Organization of welding nugget zone is fine and uniform equiaxed grain, and exists the discs and rod-shaped precipitates. The local grains of the thermal mechanical affected zone are small, and have obvious deformation. The content of magnesium in the discs and rod-shaped precipitates decreases, and the content of aluminum increases. The part of grains in the heat affected zone is small, and the part grows up, but grain sizes are not uniform. The base metal has typical organization of rolling.The hardness in whole region has little change, or even decreases,compared with the base metal.
