摘　　要：应用2004—2013年中国30个省级行政区数据,从空间相关的视角对区域创新系统间知识溢出效应作出评价;在测度区域知识溢出效应指数基础上,将知识溢出效应纳入空间计量模型,从地理特征出发构建空间权重矩阵,评价区域创新系统间知识溢出效应。研究发现,各区域创新系统间知识溢出存在明显的空间相关性,呈现"东高西低"的非均衡分布;R&D投入对知识溢出效应具有正向影响,劳动力流动、国外技术引进水平、技术市场成交水平以及受教育水平通过了显著性检验,且均对知识溢出效应产生正向影响,其中受教育水平对知识溢出影响更大。We use the data of 30 provincial regions in China from 2004 to 2013 to evaluate the effect of knowledge spillo- vers among regional innovation systems. The study shows that the distribution of knowledge spillovers in China is unbal- anced; the input of R＆D, labor mobility, the introduction level of foreign technology, technology level of turnover, market and educational level have passed the significant test, and they have positive correlations to knowledge spillovers.
