摘 要:本试验旨在研究不同初配月龄对新西兰兔繁殖性能的影响。选取新西兰母兔90只,分为3个试验组,试验1、2、3组分别在5.5、6.0月龄和6.5月龄进行初配,连续测定3个繁殖周期的繁殖性能以及雌二醇、促卵泡素含量。结果表明:试验3个组在发情率、配怀率、产仔率、产仔数、产活仔数方面差异均不显著(P>0.05);试验2、3组仔兔的初生窝重、初生个体重、21日龄个体重、35日龄个体重显著高于试验1组(P<0.05),试验2、3组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);试验各组在产后1、11、18 d的雌二醇、促卵泡素水平均呈上升趋势,且差异显著(P<0.05),试验2、3组均显著高于试验1组(P<0.05),相互间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,试验1组的繁殖性能和生殖激素水平与另外2个组差异显著,试验2组和试验3组间差异不显著,建议新西兰母兔适宜初配时间为6.0月龄。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of the first mating in different age on reproductive performance of new Zealand rabbit. A total of 90 new Zealand does were randomly assigned into three groups, group 1, 2 and 3, the first mating age was 5.5 , 6.0 and 6.5 months old, respectively. The reproductive performances, and the content of estradiol (E2), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) of three reproductive cycles in each group were measured.The results showed that the estrus rate, conception rate, farrowing rate, number born and number born alive of new Zealand does in each experimental group were not significant (P〉0.05); the birth litter weight, birth weight, 21-day weight, 35-day weight of weaning rabbit in group 2 and 3 were significantly higher than those of group 1 (P〈0.05); but there were not significant between the group 2 and 3 (P〉0.05); the contents of E2, FSH in each group at dl, 11, 18 after delivery showed an increasing tendency, and there was significant difference among all groups (P〈0.05), meanwhile, which in the group 2 and 3 were significant higher than those in the group 1 (P〈0.05). Therefor, for the reproductive performances and reproduction hormone levels, there was a significant difference between the group 1 and other two groups, the difference between group 2 and group 3 was not significant, Authors suggested that the first mating in 6.0 months old of new Zealand does is optimal.
