摘 要:为了更好地了解螺旋粉虱(Aleurodicus dispersus Russell)对寄主植物的化学选择机制,运用H型嗅觉仪和触角电位(Electroantennogram EAG)反应技术,研究了螺旋粉虱雌雄成虫对印度紫檀(Pterocarpus indicus)、番石榴(Psidium guajava)、番木瓜(Carica papaya)、香蕉(Musa supientum)、羊蹄甲(Bauhinia variegata)、大叶榄仁(Terminalia esculentum)和散尾葵(Chrysalidocarpus lutescens)等7种植物及其挥发物的嗅觉行为及电生理反应。结果表明:螺旋粉虱雌虫对印度紫檀及其挥发物表现出显著的正趋向作用;螺旋粉虱雌雄虫对散尾葵及其挥发物表现出显著的负趋向作用。在剂量反应试验中,螺旋粉虱雌虫的EAG反应随着印度紫檀挥发油和散尾葵挥发油浓度的增加而增强,当浓度增加到10 mol/L时,EAG反应最强。该研究结果可为开发螺旋粉虱田间引诱剂和驱避剂提供参考。To better understand the chemical mechanism of host selection of Aleurodicus dispersus Russell, the olfactory behavioral and electrophysiological responses of adult A. dispersus to Pterocarpus indicus、Psidium guajava 、 Carica papaya 、 Musa supientum 、 Bauhinia variegata 、 Terminalia esculentum and Chrysalidocarpus lutescens and their essential oils were tested by H-tube olfactometer and electroantennogram(EAG). Results showed that the adult females were significantly attracted to P. indicus and its essential oil, and all the adult A. dispersus were more significantly attracted to the control than to C. lutescens and its essential oil. In the dose response tests, the EAG responses of adult females to the essential oils of P. indicus and C. lutescens intensified with the increasing concentration. When the concentration increased to 10 mol/L, the EAG response was the strongest. The study provides a reference for developing attractive and repellent chemicals against A. dispersus in the field.
