摘 要:对受松突圆蚧不同程度危害的马尾松家系主要次生物质含量变化进行了测定分析。结果表明,高抗马尾松家系(330、386、318、465)针叶的黄酮、单宁及总酚含量显著高于高感的马尾松家系(439、469、458),不同抗性马尾松家系间均存在显著差异。研究还表明,不同抗性的马尾松家系,其受害后,针叶中主要次生物质黄酮、单宁及总酚含量与未受害相比,均呈增加的趋势,但增加的幅度差异较大;高抗马尾松家系(330、386、318、465)主要次生物质含量增加幅度达100%以上,极显著高于高感马尾松家系。说明针叶中主要次生物质含量高低与马尾松家系的抗虫性有一定关系。The content of secondary metabolites in Pinus massoniana family with different damage degree damaged by Hemiberlesia pitysophila Takagi was analyzed. The results showed the content of flavone, tannin and total phenol in high resistant families(330、386、318、465)was significantly higher than that in high susceptible families(439、469、458). There were significant differences between different resistant families. The study also showed there was increasing trend in the flavone,tannin and the total phenol content in needles of the damaged family than that in the healthy family. The increments were significantly different. The main secondary metabolite content in high resistant families(330、386、318、465) increased more than 100% and were significantly higher than that in the high susceptible family. It showed that the main content level of secondary metabolites had a certain relationship with the insect resistance of Pinus massoniana family.
