摘　　要：降钙素原(PCT)于二十世纪九十年代被人们所发现,发现于脓血症患者的血清中。随着科技的不断发展和医学技术的发展进步,降钙素原越来越多的被应用于全身细菌感染的诊断、鉴别、治疗效果和预后的判断中,与各种炎性因子、C反应蛋白相比具有更高的敏感度。在临床中,广泛的应用于ICU病房、内科、外壳、急诊科、肿瘤科。Procalcitonin（PCT） in 1990 s was discovered, serum found in sepsis patients. With the development and progress of science and technology and the continuous development of medical technology, calcitonin peptide more and more be applied to systemic bacterial infection diagnosis, home, therapeutic effect and prognosis of judgment, and all kinds of inflammatory factor, C-reactive protein compared with higher sensitivity. In clinical practice, a wide range of applications in the ICU ward, Department of internal medicine, shell, emergency department, oncology department.
