摘  要:目的分析不同血液透析模式对尿毒症患者β_2-微球蛋白和超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法选取我院2014年4月-2015年7月进行血液透析54例尿毒症患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组与观察组,各27例。常规组患者实施常规血液透析治疗,观察组患者实施高通量血液透析治疗。统计两组患者透析前及治疗3个月后血液透析β_2-MG与hs-CRP的变化情况。结果治疗3个月后,常规组患者β_2-MG(24.3±2.2)mg/L、hs-CRP(10.7±2.6)mg/L均高于观察组β_2-MG(18.2±2.5)mg/L、hs-CRP(8.3±1.4)mg/L,两组差异显著(P〈0.05)。结论对尿毒症患者实施高通量血液透析治疗,对β_2-MG与hs-CRP的清除效果更佳。Objective The effects of different hemodialysis modes on beta 2-microspheres and high sensitive C reactive protein in uremic patients were analyzed. Methods 54 cases of uremic patients in our hospital from April 2014 to July 2015 were selected as research subjects,randomly divided into the conventional group and the observation group, each of 27 cases. Patients in conventional group were treated with routine hemodialysis, Patients in observation group were treated with high flux hemodialysis. Changes of β_2-MG and hs-CRP in patients with before dialysis and after 3 months of treatment in two groups were statistically analyzed. Results After 3 months of treatment,the routine group 2-MG beta(24.3±2.2) mg/L, hsCRP(10.7±2.6) mg/L was higher than that of the observation group 2-MG beta(18.2±2.5) mg/L, hs-CRP(8.3±1.4) mg/L,the difference between the two groups was significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high flux hemodialysis treatment of uremic patients, removal of the beta 2-MG and hs-CRP have better effect.
