H型高血压与急性心肌梗死相关性探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨H型高血压与急性心肌梗死相关性。方法将我院收治的230例H型高血压患者,设为实验组。同期我院收治的230例单纯高血压患者临床资料,设为对照组。比较两组患者心肌梗死发生率的差异,同时分析Hcy(同型半胱氨酸)与心肌梗死的相关性。结果实验组患者急性心肌梗死发生率为41.7%高于对照组(10.9%),有统计学差异(P<0.05);H型高血压中心肌梗死者的Hcy高于非心肌梗死者,有统计学差异(P<0.05),而总胆固醇与甘油三酯在两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);单纯高血压中心肌梗死者的Hcy低于非心肌梗死者,总胆固醇高于非心肌梗死者,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),而甘油三酯在两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 H型高血压与心肌梗死密切相关,与血脂无相关性,Hcy可作为监测和评价H型高血压心肌梗死的良好指标,值得临床选择。Objective To explore the correlation between H type hypertension and acute myocardial infarction. Methods 230 cases of patients suffered H type hypertension and hospitalized in our hospital were enrolled in experimental group,230 patients with simple hypertension in our hospital were set as control group.The datas of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. Comparing the difference of incidence of myocardial infarction between the two groups,at the same time analyzed the correlation between Hcy（ homocysteine） and myocardial infarction. Results The incidence of acute myocardial infarction of patients in experimental group was（ 41. 7%） higher than that of control group（ 10. 9%）,it was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Among the patients with H type hypertension,concentration of Hcy of the cases suffered myocardial infarction was higher than those without myocardial infarction,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）,but total cholesterol and triglyceride with no statistical difference between the two groups（ P〉0.05）. Among the patients suffered from simple hypertension,Hcy level in myocardial infarction patients was lower than those without myocardial infarction,and concentration of total cholesterol was higher than those with myocardial infarction,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）,however,triglycerides level had no statistical difference between the two groups（ P〉0.05）. Conclusions H type high blood pressure is closely related to myocardial infarction,and has no impact on blood lipid. Hcy can be used as the monitoring and evaluating indicators of myocardial infarction induced by H type hypertension,worthy of clinical choice.
