2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者联合应用α-硫辛酸、甲钴胺及普瑞巴林治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价α-硫辛酸、甲钴胺及普瑞巴林治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)疗效。方法收集我院2014年至2015年门诊或住院患者80例,随机分为,甲钴胺组、硫辛酸组、普瑞巴林组、联合组各入选患者20例,采用相应药物治疗后,对比疗效与相关指标变化。结果甲钴胺组、硫辛酸组及普瑞巴林组三组疗效差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组疗效优于其他三组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,各组腓总神经运动传导速度(MNCV)、感觉传导速度(SNCV)高于治疗前,联合组高于甲钴胺组、硫辛酸组、普瑞巴林组,各组糖尿病周围神经性病变筛查表(MISI)水平低于治疗前,联合组低于甲钴胺组、硫辛酸组、普瑞巴林组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合治疗可增进疗效。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of α-lipoic acid and mecobalamine combined with pregabalin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy（ Diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN）.Methods 80 cases were selected as the research object and divided into the mecobalamine group,lipoic acid group,pregabalin group and the combination group,20 patients in each group. The patients got therapy in our hospital during 2014 to 2015. They were given the corresponding drugs for treatment and the curative effect and the related indicators were compared. Results The difference of curative effect between mecobalamine group,lipoic acid group and pregabalin group had no statistical significance（ P〉0.05）. The effect of combination group was better than the other three groups,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. After treatment motor nerve conduction velocity（ MNCV） and sensory nerve conduction velocity（ SNCV） of the four groups were higher than that before treatment,and the combination group was higher than the other three groups. Diabetic peripheral nerve lesion screening table（ MISI） level of the four groups was lower than that before treatment,and the combination group was lower than the other three groups,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions Combined treatment can improve the curative effect.
