摘  要:目的:对潮汕地区常见的虎耳草、猫须草、石橄榄、金钱草、蛇尾草进行抗菌活性筛选。方法:提取5种中草药的醇、水提物,用不同溶剂萃取虎耳草醇提物,二倍稀释法测定各种提取物对铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。抑菌圈试验测定提取物的抑菌圈。结果:石橄榄和猫须草水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC分别为10.0和9.5 mg/m L;虎耳草正丁醇提取物对铜绿假单胞菌的MIC为5.0 mg/m L。虎耳草醇提物对铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌圈为24mm。结论:石橄榄和猫须草水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌有一定抑菌作用,虎耳草醇提物对铜绿假单胞菌有较好的抑菌作用,其中虎耳草正丁醇提取物对铜绿假单胞菌抑菌作用最强。Objective: To screen the antibacterial activity of common Chaoshan Chinese herbs (Saxifraga stolonifera, Clerodendranthus Spicatus, Pholidota chinensis, Lysimachia nummularia and Ophiuros exaltatus) . Methods: The alcohol and aqueous extracts from 5 Chinese herbs were extracted. The alcohol extracts from Saxifraga stolonifera Curt with different solvents was extracted. The double dilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of each extract to Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Bacteriostatic activity of each extract was determined by inhibition zone method. Results: MIC of Pholidota chinensis and Clerodendranthus Spicatus aqueous extracts to S.aureus ATCC29213 is 10.0 and 9.5 mg/mL, respectively. MIC of n-butyl alcohol extract from Saxifraga stolonifera to P.aeruginosa ATCC27853 is 5.0 mg/mL. The inhibition zone diameter of Saxifraga stolonifera alcohol extract to P. aeruginosa ATCC27853 was 24 ram. Conclusion: Pholidota chinensis and Clerodendranthus Spicatus aqueous extracts have an inhibitory effect on S. aureus. Saxifraga stolonifera alcohol extract has an inhibitory effect on P. aeruginosa. Antibacterial activity of N-butyl alcohol extract from Saxifraga stolonifera to P.aeruginosa is stronger than other extractions.
