摘 要:目的:建立亲水色谱-超高效液相色谱荧光检测法对牛奶中三聚氰胺的快速测定。方法:牛奶样品经乙腈超声提取三聚氰胺,用Agilent ZORBAX RRHD HILIC Plus色谱柱,以乙腈-甲酸水溶液为流动相,通过荧光检测器进行测定。结果:三聚氰胺在(0.0510.00)μg/m L范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9);回收率100.9%103.7%。检出限和定量限分别为0.060和0.171μg/m L。结论:该法简便、准确且特异性高,可用于牛奶中三聚氰胺的快速检测。Objective: To establish a method for determination of melamine in milk by hydrophilic interaction ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection. Method: Melamine in milk samples was extracted with acetonitrile by ultrasonic assistance, Agilent ZORBAX RRHD HILIC Plus column was used with acetonitrile and formic acid as mobile phase, the natural fluorescence emission of melamine was used for fluorescence detection. Results: The linear ranges of melamine was 0.05-10.00μg/mL(r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 100.9%-103.7% and the limits of detection and quantification of melamine were 0.060 and 0.171 μg/mL, respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and specific for the rapid determination of melamine in milk.
