摘 要:目的:评估能谱CT成像技术对改善颅内动脉瘤夹闭术后体外模型成像质量的应用价值。方法:制作颅内动脉瘤夹闭术后体外模型并进行CT能谱扫描,获取混合能量和22个能谱(Mono、Mono+金属伪影消除(MARs)重建模式)序列;评价图像伪影、血管显示质量和动脉瘤夹情况。结果:能谱序列中标准差(SD)及伪影指数(AI)值随ke V增加呈减少趋势,Mono80140及Mono+MARs60140 ke V序列中SD和AI值明显低于混合能量(P〈0.05);能谱序列血管CT值随能级ke V增加而减少。Mono7090和Mono+MARs4070 ke V序列血管显示完整率高于混合能量(P〈0.05);Mono80130 ke V序列瘤夹质量较好,与混合能量比差别有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:能谱CT能有效消减伪影,Mono8090 ke V序列能有效观察瘤夹、血管及评价动脉瘤夹与血管关系。Objective: To assess the value of energy spectral CT in improving image quality of the intracranial aneurysm clipped phantom. Methods: The phantom was successfully established and underwent energy spectral CT scanning. Multichromatic array and 22 energy spectral (monochrome (Mono)and Mono+metal artifact reducing system(MARs)) arrays were obtained to access the image artifact, quality of vessel display and the clip. Results: The SD and AI values were gradually decreased with the increase of the keV level and significantly lower than the multichromatic array (P〈0.05), specifically in Mono 80-140 and Mono+MARs60~140 keV arrays. CT value of vessel in the energy spectral array was declined with the increase of the keV level. The ratio of vessel display was significantly higher in Mono70--90 and Mono+MARs 40-70 keV arrays than that in the multichromatic array(P〈0.05). The clip was displayed better in Mono80-130 keV arrays than that in the multichromatic array with significant statistical differences (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The energy spectral CT can effectually decrease artifact and provide high quality image in the intracranial aneurysm clipped phantom. The clip, vessel and their relationship can be effectively observed in Mono80-90 keV arrays.
