摘 要:针对提钒后含钒铬泥的特点,采用NaOH碱浸-H_2O_2氧化浸出工艺对含钒铬泥中V、Cr进行了提取,研究了原料粒径、H_2O_2用量、NaOH浓度、浸出温度和时间对V、Cr浸出率的影响,确定了优化浸出条件。结果表明:在原料质量为5g,颗粒粒径小于74μm,一段浸出NaOH浓度100g/L、液固比10∶1,浸出时间20min、浸出温度70℃,二段浸出H_2O_2用量3mL、搅拌氧化30min后升温至95℃、浸出1h的条件下,获得了较好的浸出效果,V、Cr浸出率分别达到95.68%和92.9%。Based on the characteristics of vanadium-bearing chromium residue from vanadium extraction,the process of NaOH alkaline leaching-H2O2 oxidation leaching was applied to extract vanadium and chromium from vanadium-bearing chromium residue.The effects were studied of material particle size,H2O2 dosage,NaOH concentration,leaching temperature and time on the leaching rate of vanadium and chromium,and the optimal leaching conditions were determined.The results show that vanadium and chromium can be effectively extracted and their leaching rates are 95.68% and 92.9%,respectively,under the conditions in the primary leaching as follows:raw material mass of 5g,particle size less than 74 mm,NaOH concentration of 100g/L,liquid-solid ratio of 10∶1,leaching temperature of 70℃and leaching time of 20 min,and the conditions in the secondary leaching as follows:H2O2 dosage of 3mL,agitating oxidation time of 30 min,leaching temperature of 95 ℃ and leaching time of 1h.
