摘  要:在经过改造的霍普金森压杆装置上进行高速摩擦磨损试验,研究了不同弹体冲击速度对W-20%Cu/7075Al、W-20%Cu/45钢摩擦磨损特性的影响,并探讨了磨损机理。结果表明:W-20%Cu/7075Al在高速条件下主要发生粘着磨损、磨粒磨损和氧化磨损,W-20%Cu/45钢在高速条件下主要发生粘着磨损和磨粒磨损。W-20%Cu/7075Al和W-20%Cu/45钢对偶件的摩擦系数相近,均在0.03~0.20以内;随滑动速度加快,W-20%Cu/7075Al、W-20%Cu/45钢的摩擦系数均减小;在同一滑动速度下,随摩擦次数的增多,W-20%Cu/7075Al对偶件摩擦系数的变化趋势是先降低后升高,然后趋于稳定,而W-20%Cu/45钢是先升高后降低,然后趋于稳定。W-20%Cu/7075Al、W-20%Cu/45钢对偶件的磨损率均呈负值,且随着滑动速度的加快,磨损率绝对值均呈减小趋势。Super-speed friction and wear experiments were carried out with a reconstructive Hopkinson bar as the device and the effects were studied of different projectile impact velocity on friction and wear properties of W-20%Cu/7075 Al and W-20%Cu/45 steel.And the wear mechanism was also discussed.The results show that adhesive wear,abrasive wear and oxidative wear happen between W-20%Cu and 7075 Al under the super-speed condition,while adhesive wear and abrasive wear happen between W-20%Cu and 45 steel.W-20%Cu/7075 Al and W-20%Cu/45 steel have the similar friction coefficient of 0.03~0.20,decreasing with the faster sliding speed.With friction frequency increasing at the same sliding speed,the friction coefficient decreases at first,then increases and keep stable at last for W-20%Cu/7075 Al but increases at first,then decreases to keep stable for W-20%Cu/45 steel.Both W-20%Cu/7075 Al and W-20%Cu/45 steel show negative wear rate,and the absolute value of their wear rate has a decreasing trend with sliding speed increasing.
