摘  要:经H_2和CO预处理后,In/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂的活性明显提高。活性测试结果表明,预处理对催化剂表面的In物种起作用,从而增强催化剂活性;H_2的作用比CO更强。XRD分析结果显示,载体γ-Al_2O_3仍保持原来的晶型;红外分析结果表明,预处理过程可增加低价氧化态In的含量,增强了催化剂的脱硝活性。由于表面的In粒子簇分散性好并存在一些化学吸附氧,In/γ-Al_2O_3-H催化剂表现了较高的催化活性;在催化剂表面形成的单齿硝酸盐和双齿硝酸盐是降低催化剂催化活性的重要因素;—NO_2、—ONO的形成是预处理催化剂活性升高的原因所在。H2 or CO pretreated In/γ-Al2O3 catalyst has significantly improved activity.Activity test results show pretreatment can enhance catalyst activity due to its effect on indium species from catalyst surface.The improvement of H2 is stronger than CO.XRD results show thatγ-Al2O3 carrier remains original crystal type.IR analysis results show that pretreatment can increase the content of indium low-valence oxides to improve denitrification activity of the catalyst.Because the surface has well dispersed indium particle cluster and chemically adsorbed oxygen,In/γ-Al2O3-H catalyst shows relatively high catalytic activity.Formation of monodentate nitrate and bidentate nitrate on catalyst surface is an important factor to reduce the catalytic activity of the catalyst.The pretreated catalyst has improved activity due to the formation of—NO2 and—ONO.
