摘 要:针对现今灌区信息化建设中应用开发标准不统一、业务主题不明确、不重视等问题,提出面向灌区业务主题应用新模式。新模式以综合集成平台为支撑,首先对灌区业务流程进行梳理以流程图形式展示,再根据各类业务明确管理主题,在主题驱动和灌区业务流程梳理的基础上构建应用。通过对新疆哈密地区巴木墩灌区管理系统的实例应用表明,主要采用知识图、模型组件化、Web Service技术等组织和搭建的灌区信息化管理系统,能实现灌区管理的动态化可视、可信操作,具有系统接口简单统一、拓展性好、移植性高等优点。In order to solve the problems such as lacking a unified application development standard, ambiguous and belittled operation theme in the informatization construction of irrigated area at present, this paper puts forward a new model which is oriented to irrigated area operational theme application. Based on the meta-synthesis platform, this model teases the irrigated area business procedure and shows flow diagram at first, and then clears and manages subjects by all kinds of business, and constructs application based on topic-driven and the teased business process in the irrigation area. The application of irrigation district management system in Wooden pier, Hami, district Xinjiang shows that, this model organizes and sets up the informatization management system of the irrigated area through subject knowledge map, components and Web Service technology to realize dynamic visible and credible operation of the irrigated area management. It has advantages of system interface simple and unified, good expansibility and high portability, is able to realize dynamic visual and reliable operation of district management.
