天地一体化信息网对水利卫星通信发展影响的分析

摘　　要：天地一体化信息网作为我国重大战略需求和发展路线,是提升信息化水平的重要手段,我国正加速天地一体化信息网的实施布局。从水利卫星通信发展的内在需求,分析在结构体系、业务组网方式、运行维护管理业务等方面,天地一体化信息网将对水利卫星通信产生影响,指出创新、融合、统一是水利卫星通信及水利信息化的发展趋势。As a major strategic need and development of the route, ＂Integrated Ground-Air-Space Information Network＂（IGASIN） is an important means to enhance the level of informatization. Our country is accelerating the implementation arrangement of IGASIN now. This paper analyzes IGASIN how to influence water conservancy satellites＇ communications from the structural system, business network mode, operation maintenance and management business in the future, based on the internal demands of water conservancy satellites＇ communication development, and points out that innovation, integration and unification are not only the developement trends of the water conservancy satellite communications but also the trends of water conservancy informatization.
