精索静脉曲张患者精子DNA完整性和抑制素B的测定分析

摘　　要：目的对精索静脉曲张患者精子DNA完整性和抑制素B的结果进行测定分析。方法选取86例确诊为精索静脉曲张的男性不育患者,按严重程度分为A组(31例,Ⅰ级),B组(26例,Ⅱ级),C组(29例,Ⅲ级),分别测定精子DNA完整性和抑制素B。选取30例正常生育的健康男性作为对照组。结果与对照组相比,VC组精子DNA完整性降低,抑制素B水平下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与A组相比,B、C组精子DNA完整性降低,抑制素B水平下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与B组相比,C组精子DNA完整性降低,抑制素B水平下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精索静脉曲张患者精子DNA完整性和抑制素B下降,且精索静脉曲张程度越严重,下降的幅度越大。Objective：To detect and analyze the sperm DNA integrity and Inhibin B in patients with varicocele. Methods：86 male infertile patients who were diagnosed varicocele were selected as experiment groups,and were grouped to group A（31,degreeⅠ,）group B（26,degreeⅡ）,group C（29,degreeⅢ）.The sperm DNA integrity、sperm parameters and Inhibin B were detected.30 fertile healthy men were selected as the control group. Results：Compared with the control group,the sperm DNA integrity and Inhibin B in varicocele patients were significant lower（P〈0.05）;Compared with group A,the sperm DNA integrity and Inhibin B in group B and C were significant lower（P〈0.05）;Compared with group B,the sperm DNA integrity and Inhibin B in group C were significant lower（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Varicocele may lead the decrease of sperm DNA integrity and Inhibin B.,and the more severe the varicocele,the greater the magnitude of the decline.
