摘　　要：本文针对足辊失效是导致扇形段故障的主要原因,利用有限元分析了足辊的薄弱环节,并对足辊进行了结构和材质上的改进,有效降低辊套和芯轴的报废率,大幅度降低扇形段的维修费用,取得了很好的效果。Foot roller failure,the author of this paper is the main reason of resulting in failure of fan-shaped segment.Using the finite element analysis of the weak link of foot roller,and the foot roller are the improvement on the structure and material,effectively reduce the scrap rate of roller shell and core shaft slash fan-shaped segment of the cost of maintenance,good results have been achieved.
