摘  要:以N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)为结构改性剂,以丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)、丙烯酸(AA)为共聚单体,采用水溶液共聚合法制备得到具有微交联结构的两性聚丙烯酰胺(Am PAM),并对其增干强效果进行了考察。结果表明,在单体摩尔比为n(AM)∶n(DMC)∶n(AA)=8.0∶1.5∶0.5、单体质量分数为20%、引发剂过硫酸铵用量为0.4%(相对于总单体质量,下同)、反应温度为80℃、反应时间为5 h、NMA用量为3%的条件下,得到的Am PAM增强效果最佳;在相同添加量条件下,自制具有微交联结构Am PAM的增强效果优于市售线形Am PAM。Lightly cross-linked amphoteric polyacrylamide( Am PAM) was synthesized by the aqueous solution copolymerization method using acrylamide( AM),2-methacryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride( DMC) and acrylic acid( AA) as monomers,N-methylolacrylamide(NMA) as molecular structure modification additive. The strengthening effect of Am PAM was also studied. The results showed that the optimal polymerization conditions were: n( AM) ∶ n( DMC) ∶ n( AA) = 8. 0∶ 1. 5∶ 0. 5,the mass fraction of monomer was 20%,the dosage of initiator was 0. 4%,the reaction temperature was 80℃,the reaction time was 5 h,the dosage of NMA was 3% respectively. Meanwhile,the strengthening effect of the lab-made Am PAM applied in paper was better than that of the commercial linear Am PAM products with the same addition.
