摘 要:探讨了阳离子大豆分离蛋白(CSPI)的最佳合成条件:反应温度70℃,反应时间4 h,反应体系p H值10,大豆分离蛋白(SPI)与阳离子化试剂(EPTA)物质的量比1∶1.1;利用红外光谱(FT-IR)和热重分析(TGA)对合成的CSPI进行结构和性能表征。结果表明,EPTA成功地接到SPI多肽链的氨基,CSPI热稳定性能良好;将CSPI作为助剂应用在造纸湿部系统中,浆料滤水性能、细小组分留着率、纸张强度等指标改善较大;扫描电镜(SEM)表明,添加CSPI的纸样纤维之间结合更紧密,进一步证明CSPI能够提高纸张强度性能。The optimum conditions for synthesis of cationic soy protein isolate( CSPI) were studied and they were found as follows: reaction temperature 70℃,reaction time 4 h,reaction system p H value 10. 0,molar ratio of soy protein isolate( SPI) and cationic reagent( EPTA)1∶ 1. 1. The chemical structure and physical property of CSPI were analyzed by FT-IR and TGA,respectively. The results revealed that EPTA was successfully grafted onto the amino groups of SPI. The good thermal stability of CSPI enabled it to be used as papermaking additive. The pulp drainage,fines retention and sheet strength were improved significantly when CSPI was used as wet end additive. The microstructure of the sheet was analyzed by SEM. It was found that the fiber bonding was more tightly.
