摘  要:以棉短绒制浆黑液为原料,通过有机萃取法提取碱木素和多糖。利用热重分析法,对不同升温速率下棉短绒制浆黑液固形物进行热解特性分析,并对相同升温速率下黑液固形物以及黑液主要组分碱木素和多糖的热解特性进行了比较。结果表明,黑液固形物与碱木素热解可分为4个阶段,多糖热解可分为3个阶段,其中,第二阶段为热解失重的主要阶段,因黑液中含有有机酸、碱金属,黑液固形物的热解特性与碱木素和多糖的热解特性显著不同。采用Coats-Redfern法对第二阶段有机物进行的热解动力学分析表明,与多糖相比,碱木素对黑液固形物热解特性的影响较大。Black liquor solids( BLS) of cotton linter pulping with different temperature rising rates were analyzed using thermogravimetric analysis. The pyrolysis properties of BLS,alkali lignin( AL) and polysaccharide( PLS) were compared at the same temperature rising rate. It was found that there were four stages in pyrolysis process of BLS and AL,three stages in pyrolysis process of PLS,all of which had rapid weight loss in the second stage. Pyrolysis properties of BLS were different from AL and PLS,due to the aliphatic carboxylic acids and alkali metal salts in black liquor had certain effects on the pyrolysis characteristics of BLS. Pyrolysis analysis of decomposition of organic matter in the second stage by using the Coats-Redfern method indicated that compared with PLS,the AL had greater effect on the pyrolysis properties of the BLS of cotton linter pulping.
