摘 要:目的为了实现对神经外科手术病人的监护,克服现有监护设备监测参数单一、使用价格昂贵的问题,论文研发了一套颅内压与颅内温度多参数监护系统。方法实现了一个基于压阻传感器和热敏电阻的微创多参数检测探头,开发了基于μC/OS-II的监护主机,该主机能够对探头测量的信号进行处理,并将结果转换为颅内压与颅内温度。同时,为了提高测量精度,论文设计了实验对检测探头的压力和温度进行定标和补偿。结果监护系统能够同时测量颅内压与颅内温度,并实现了数据的实时显示、存储和报警等功能。结论监护系统的测量精度和范围能够满足临床的要求,具有重要的临床价值。Objective To monitor the neurosurgery patients and avoid the disadvantages of the single function and high price about the intracranial pressure monitor, this paper developed a multi-parameter monitoring system. Method A minimally invasive multiparameter detecting probe was constructed based on the piezoresistance sensor and the thermistor. By using the μC/OS-II, a monitor was developed to process the electric signal obtained by the detecting probe. Then the signal was converted into the value of intracranial pressure and intracranial temperature. Moreover, several experiments were designed to calibrate and compensate the pressure and temperature. Result The present monitoring system can measure the intracranial pressure and intracranial temperature simultaneously and has the functions of real-time display, storage and alarm. Conclusion The precision and range of the present system meets the clinical requirements and has a potential for clinic.
