摘  要:目的:建立同时测定银迪清胶囊中靛蓝和靛玉红含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱—蒸发光散射检测法,色谱柱为KromasilC18柱(150mm×4.6mm,3.5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%冰醋酸水溶液(52:48,v/v),流速:1.0m L·min-1;ELSD参数:漂移管温度为110℃,空气流速为2.5L·min-1;进样量:20μL。结果:靛蓝质量浓度在350~3500μg·m L-1范围内,其自然对数与峰面积的自然对数成良好的线性关系(r=0.999 0),平均回收率为100.3%(RSD=2.1,n=6);靛玉红质量浓度在5~50μg·m L-1范围内,其自然对数与峰面积的自然对数成良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为99.4%(RSD=2.3,n=6)。结论:建立的方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于银迪清胶囊的质量控制。Objective: To establish an method for simultaneous determination of contents of indigo and indirubin in Yindiqing capsules(traditional Chinese medicines).Method: Indigo and Indirubin in Natural Indigo were determined by HPLC-ELSD; the operation was determined by Kromasil C 18 column(150 mm × 4.6 mm; 3.5 μm); aeetonitril- 0.1% glacial acetic acid ((52: 48; v/v))was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1; ELSD parameters: the drift tube temperature is 110℃ ; the air velocity of 2.5 L·min -1; Sample quantity of 20μ L. Result: HPLC-ELSD was used to determine Indigo naturalis of indigo and indirubin in Yinxieqing capsules. The cabibration curve of indigo was linear within the range of 35- 350 μg·mL -1 (r = 0.999 0 ). The recoveries of indigo were 100.3% (RSD = 2.1; n = 6). The results show that the cabibration curve of indirubin was linear within the range of 5 - 50 μg·mL -1 (r = 0.999 5). The recoveries of indirubin were 99.4% (RSD = 2.3; n = 6). Conclusion: The analysis method is simple;accurate; reproducible with a strong specificity and be used for the quality control Yinxieqing capsules.
